This course, which is led by Lindsay Pickton from Primary Education Advisors is for all teachers of KS2. It offers a wealth of practical strategies to grow strong writers in years 3 to 6. During the day participants will have the opportunity to consider:

• How to draw on rich texts and move towards independence in writing
• How to manipulate vocabulary and grammar to good effect
• How to bring structure and content together effectively
• Being playful with language
• Developing texts through reflection and re-working
