The forum for Designated Safeguarding Leads meets termly. Led by Dave Blake from Kapasun Training and Development, this is an opportunity for training and professional dialogue between DSLs to support best practice in this challenging role. The forum sessions include:

• Regular updates relating to safeguarding duties and responsibilities
• A broad range of information relating to supporting the welfare and wellbeing of children.
• Signposting to organisations which can support schools and young people.
• Opportunity for professional dialogue and sharing good practice with local colleagues in all stages of education.

These sessions are free of charge to schools previously part of the Epsom and Ewell Partnership of Schools. Other schools £30 per person or £75 for all three sessions.
