Collaboration for Learning, Teaching, Strategy and Assessment

CLTSA is a partnership of primary schools offering a range of continuing professional development for school leaders, teachers, teaching and learning assistants and non-teaching school support staff in Epsom and Ewell and beyond. 

Our mission is to facilitate professional development that is genuinely valuable to schools in their drive to improve. We believe that it is vital for school staff to have regular opportunities to learn from high-quality, experienced educators, and other professionals who support the work of schools.

Collaboration is at the core of what we do - we work to understand the needs of schools, planning our programme of CPD in response to current needs. We also support schools to collaborate with each other through our professional development forums and moderation groups.
