Caroline enjoys working with maths subject leaders to develop their own subject leadership skills and empowering them to support other staff members back at school. Her sessions are always full of practical activities and useful conversations with colleagues in the same role. The Forum will meet termly at Stamford Green Primary School in Epsom.
